Office Administrative Assistant – Front Desk
We are looking for a dedicated, passionate, and committed individual to fill our Office Assistant/Front Desk position at our Encinitas and/or Solana Beach clinic. Our success is largely based upon hiring motivated individuals who are able to quickly assimilate to our team and take initiative. We are searching for a customer service-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is able to multitask, and has experience working in a healthcare facility.
JOB FUNCTIONS: Answers phones, greets patients, schedules patients, tracks prescriptions and approved visits, provides general administrative support for the office (data entry, updating the database, filing paperwork, etc). Protects and honors client and co-worker confidentiality. Interacts and communicates effectively with colleagues and all levels of management.
QUALIFICATIONS: Knowledge of Microsoft applications and proficiency in Word and Excel and Google Docs/Sheets. Accurate data entry skills. Organized, flexible, and attentive to detail. Customer Service is a MUST. Team player, ability to multi-task and take on new tasks.

Exercise Specialist – Aide
This is an excellent position for someone interested in pursuing a career in Physical Therapy, kinesiology, or personal training.
This job is ideal for students looking for patient/client contact hours. As a physical therapist aide, you will be required to work directly with patients on a plan of care designed by the Physical Therapist. Assisting with patient treatment under the direct supervision of the Physical Therapist, the aides utilize modalities and exercise programs for patients with a variety of diagnoses. Physical Therapist Aides also monitor the patient waiting area and ensure excellent customer service.
The Ideal candidate is someone currently pursuing a degree in a medical profession that requires patient/client contact hours. Also, must possess an upbeat, friendly personality and a desire to learn. A high school degree is required.
