Helping you develop strength, movement efficiency, and confidence so you can continue progressing and performing long after you leave the clinic.

ABOUT ME

Born and raised in Santa Barbara, I developed a passion for athletic performance through competitive surfing, along with football and basketball during my early years. I’ve always been driven to challenge myself physically and improve how I move, which led me to pursue a career helping others do the same.

I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with a Pre-Physical Therapy emphasis from San Diego State University and went on to complete my Doctor of Physical Therapy at the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences, graduating with honors.

I enjoy working with athletic populations, especially water-sport athletes like surfers. I’ve spent time providing sideline care and volunteering at local Southern California surf competitions and sporting events, which has given me a unique perspective on the demands athletes face both in training and competition.

My approach blends performance training with rehabilitation, helping people not only recover from injury but come back stronger, more efficient, and more prepared for the demands of their sport.

Outside the clinic, you’ll find me surfing local breaks, camping, playing basketball, pickleball, and softball, or preparing for the next adventure.
