ABOUT ME

I moved to San Diego from Canada in 2008 and earned my undergraduate degree from San Diego State University in 2016. I later completed my Doctor of Physical Therapy at West Coast University in 2022.

During that time, I worked in a physical therapy clinic as both an aide and a personal trainer, helping patients transition from rehab back into higher-level activity. That experience sparked my interest in human movement and how to optimize it to reduce injury risk and improve performance.

I grew up playing hockey and have experience in a wide range of sports including cross country, rowing, wrestling, golf, weightlifting, and pickleball. Over time, I shifted from competitive sports to focusing on my own long-term health and performance through strength training, corrective exercise, and lifestyle habits.

My approach is centered around helping people stay strong, move well, and continue progressing throughout life. I believe that injuries often create unnecessary barriers to living an active lifestyle, and my goal is to help people remove those barriers so they can enjoy training, movement, and everyday life with confidence.
