ABOUT ME
I grew up in Santa Barbara, where I spent most of my time playing volleyball and staying active outdoors. My interest in physical therapy started when I watched my sister go through rehab after knee surgery during her college volleyball career. Seeing how much the right care and guidance impacted her recovery sparked my curiosity about the rehab process.
That curiosity led me to study kinesiology, where I developed a strong interest in human movement, injury, and recovery. From there, pursuing physical therapy felt like a natural next step. What I enjoy most about being a PT is the opportunity to work closely with people—getting to know them, helping them move better, and supporting them as they work toward their goals.
I’ve had experience as a youth beach volleyball coach and surf instructor, and I’ve volunteered with Life Rolls On adaptive surf clinics, which has further shaped my appreciation for helping people of all abilities stay active.
I’m passionate about working with individuals of all ages and across a wide range of injuries—whether someone is returning to sport or simply trying to feel better in their everyday life. My approach focuses on keeping rehab practical, personalized, and centered around helping people stay active.
Outside of work, I enjoy running, surfing, hiking, beach volleyball, snowboarding, and playing piano. I love connecting with others who enjoy staying active and are motivated to get back to the activities they care about.
