ABOUT ME

I’m a Doctor of Physical Therapy who works with individuals of all backgrounds and activity levels, helping them move better, recover from injury, and return to doing what they enjoy. While I treat a wide range of conditions, I have a strong passion for working with soccer athletes—from youth club players to collegiate and professional levels—helping keep them healthy, resilient, and able to fully enjoy the game.

My work includes injury rehabilitation as well as sport-specific strength and conditioning tailored to the demands of both in-season and off-season performance. I’ve had the opportunity to work with competitive youth soccer clubs including Surf, City SC, Samba Soccer Academy, and Encinitas Express.

As a San Diego native, I grew up playing competitive soccer through local clubs and the U.S. Development Academy system, and I’ve personally navigated the college recruitment process. While I was recruited to play at San Diego State University, I chose to attend California State University San Marcos. Today, I stay involved in the game recreationally and remain committed to helping the next generation of athletes succeed.

Combining my clinical training with my experience as a lifelong athlete allows me to bring a well-rounded perspective to injury prevention, rehabilitation, and performance care—so athletes can stay healthy and continue playing the sport they love.
